1. Return Window & Eligibility Criteria
We want you to love your eyewear. You may request a return or size/color exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving your delivery.
- The frame and lenses must be in original, unworn condition with no deep scratches, cosmetic dents, or structural modifications.
- All original accessories (hard case, microfiber cleaning cloth, warranty authenticity card, and brand packaging) must be included.
- Contact lenses must be unopened with the sterile blister seals intact.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Returning an item is seamless:
- Message us on WhatsApp: Send a quick message with your Order ID and the reason for exchange or return.
- Free Pickup Scheduled: We will arrange a prepaid reverse pickup courier to collect the package from your address within 24-48 hours.
- Inspection & Instant Refund: Once the parcel arrives back at our atelier and passes physical inspection, your refund or exchange is issued within 24 hours.
3. Refund Modes & Timelines
Refunds are credited back through the original payment method:
- Prepaid Orders (UPI / Debit / Credit Cards): Credited directly to your bank account within 3 to 5 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Transferred via instant UPI or direct NEFT bank transfer upon sharing your account details.
- Store Credit Option: 100% value issued instantly as a coupon code for future purchases with an extra 5% bonus credit.
