By accessing or purchasing from marami, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision, please refrain from using the platform.
2. Accuracy of Optical Prescriptions
When ordering prescription eyewear, the customer affirms that the prescription provided is valid, currently unexpired, and issued by a certified optometrist or ophthalmologist. marami manufactures lenses according to customer-submitted specifications and is not liable for errors in third-party diagnostic examinations.
3. Pricing, GST & Invoicing
All prices displayed on the store are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly marked otherwise. In the event of a typographical pricing error, marami reserves the right to cancel affected orders with an immediate full refund.
4. 1-Year Limited Warranty Coverage
Frames and coated lenses are warranted against manufacturer defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery. The warranty covers frame solder breaks, hinge mechanical failures, and anti-reflective coating delamination. It does not cover accidental drops, stepped-on frames, deep lens gouges from abrasive cleaning, or normal cosmetic wear.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to purchases through this storefront shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
